Is there anything worse than ordering something and then having to wait weeks to get it?

NOPE.

Well, maybe rickets. Or shingles. Or child obesity.

But other than that? NOPE.

That's why we've decided that everything – and we mean everything – shipped to a location in the Lower 48 US States is 2-day shipping.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

International Customers, it's your lucky day. We've just added the ability to ship almost anywhere in the world in 6-10 business days, and it's normally only $25 USD. However, VAT and additional customs fees may be required upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for local duties or taxes. If you have a question, it's best to check with your local customs office for rates.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

First: you're going to absolutely love your jersey / bib / shirt from Blur.

Second: in the event that we screwed up and sent you something incorrect (*gasp*), we will gladly take it back and replace it with a new, correct one. We want you sporting the best of Blur and aren't happy until you're happy.

So, if the unthinkable happens and you are unhappy with your product, follow these simple steps:

1) Do not wear it on a ride. Do not wash it. Basically, don't do anything weird in or to it.

2) Send us an email. Preferably to info@blurcycling.com.

3) Place it back in the bag in was delivered, and ship it back to us at the following address:

That's it! As long as it's within 30 days of the original delivery date and the product is unworn, unwashed, and un-tainted, there will be a new one headed your way in no time. This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Again, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with internal care and sizing tags intact.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
